A Few Favourite World Swimsuit Workouts

Staying healthy and feeling sexy are not mutually exclusive, they form part of what exactly we promote here at World Swimsuit. Feeling healthy is a result of making certain that you are exercising regularly, but more importantly it’s about diet. We know choosing the right discipline for yourself is really tough, and the vital thing is that you find something that you love; it is the only way to make certain that you spend your time effectively. It’s no good taking time out of your day and not getting the right workout. We obviously have our favourites here, and after a long discussion, we came up with five really great workouts. The only trouble is, if we spoke about all of the workouts we love, we’d take up all of your time that would be better used working out.

CrossFit – If you haven’t heard about CrossFit yet, than you’ve probably never been anywhere near a social network of any kind. CrossFit is all the rage in fitness, and for good reason – it’s a complete mix of all workouts to help you be the fittest you have ever been. It’s also for anyone, so don’t worry that you would be out of place if the last sit-up you did was to see a sexy body on the beach.

Yoga – Feeling great is a spititual journey and anyone who has ever loved Yoga will tell you how both are achieved. Wiki explains Yoga as “In the specific sense of Patanjali’s
Yoga Sutras, yoga is defined as citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ (the cessation of the perturbations of the mind.)”

Pilates – It’s no secret that if you develop your core, it will aid in various aspects of your life. Most notably and importantly, Pilates is perfect for posture. Contrary to popular belief, the core is not just your belly, but your lower back and upper legs. Pilates aims to strengthen all of these to keep you looking super healthy.

Spinning – Getting on a bike for hours at a time with unpredictable weather is not appealing to everyone, and for this reason the safety of the spinning class is the most ideal way to spend an hour of your day. Keeping in mind that when you are inside, there is no chance of you being hit by a motorist who isn’t paying attention to the road.

Boxing – Any exercise is a fantastic way to get rid of the frustration of the day, but nothing does it quite like putting on the gloves and smacking a bag around. Nothing will tone up your arms quite like boxing and having the added benefit of looking really mean when you aren’t looking beautiful. Boxing is a full body workout and is a great way to work up a sweat. Don’t think it’s all about the jabs, you will do more sit-ups and push-ups than you care to imagine.
