A little bit more on EcoLux, which initially might seem simply like a collection is in fact swimsuit innovation in itself – EcoLux is an exclusive new superfine matte jersey swim fabric produced in California, using Repreve® recycled nylon fiber to conserve resources and XTRA LIFE LYCRA® fiber to extend the life of each swimsuit far beyond that of traditional spandex products. They employ waterless digital printing technology, incorporate sustainable fibers like Tencel into their après-beach styles, and choose factories that conserve water and energy use. Vitamin A also donates a percentage of profits to environmental organizations.
