Driftwood Beach, Jekyll Island, Georgia
This picturesque beach on Jekyll Island’s north end features numerous driftwood trees which began due to constant erosion that has created a surreal landscape of bleached and preserved fallen trees in Georgia. Driftwood Beach is a short walk east from the big fishing pier on the north end of Jekyll Island, but you can see it from the pier. Driftwood Beach is a popular spot for amateur photographers, and a unique venue for local couples to tie the knot.
