
GIGI HADID STARS IN BURBERRY’S NEW MONOGRAM CAMPAIGN
Burberry unveils its first-ever Monogram collection, designed by creative director Riccardo Tisci and starring Gigi Hadid in its debut campaign. The collection incorporates the British house’s new signature interlocking TB initials in shades of Burberry beige and brown. The Burberry monogram was designed in collaboration with the art director and graphic director Peter Saville and unveiled in August 2018. Tisci discovered 20th century Thomas Burberry motifs and it inspired him to create a new house code. Hadid makes her Burberry debut in a campaign shot by photographer Nick Knight, transforming into “the boy, the gentlemen, the girl, and the lady” to embody the characters of the house. The campaign also includes styling by Katy England, art direction by Savile, makeup by Isamaya Ffrench, and hair styling by Gary Gill.
