Model News – 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Line-up Revealed
Our Wednesday gets started with our latest model news, which lets you know what happening in the world of modelling.
Today we focus on one of fashion’s most prominent nights, the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, specifically the announcements surrounding the 2017 show.
Every year the biggest models in the world take to the runway in the lingerie brand’s most daring outfits and the show gets topped off by one lucky lady closing the show wearing the spectacular Fantasy Bra, a creation of bedazzled jewels and precious stones. The line-up for this year’s show has officially been confirmed as well as the venue.
In total, there will be 62 models taking to the runway. Angels, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel, Elsa Hosk, Lily Aldridge, Jasmine Tookes, Martha Hunt, Josephine Skriver, Romee Strijd, Stella Maxwell, Taylor Hill, Sara Sampaio, Lais Ribeiro all return for the show.
Wow, those are the biggest names in the industry right now and we didn’t even mention the likes of Gigi and Bella Hadid as well as Karlie Kloss as part of the spectacle. All these supermodels will be present in China, the venue for this year’s show as the brand moves on from last year’s Paris location and continues to spread the show across the globe.
While the entertainers for the night has not yet been confirmed we’re sure that Victoria’s Secret has someone huge in mind following on from the likes of Taylor Swift, The Weeknd and Kanye West. The date of the show has been scheduled for November 28 and will be viewed across 190 countries worldwide.
The Victoria’s Secret fashion show is one of the highlights every year and it is very rare that we get to see all these models in one place looking just like the angels the show intended.
