Destination: Borneo
With the launch of our magazine earlier this week, we thought it was a great time to look back at the beautiful destination for this year’s shoot, Borneo.
Located snap-bang in the middle of South-East Asia, Borneo is the third largest island in the world and one of the most incredible destinations to be found anywhere. It is fantastically bio-diverse and its impressive mountains and rain forests are home to hundreds upon hundreds of indigenous plant and animal species.
The warm, emerald waters that wash up onto its pristine shores are a paradise for all things aquatic. Surfers, swimmers, divers, and more, will revel in the quality and variety of the seas that surround the island.
Of course the beauty and diversity of the island is what made it such an exquisite destination for our 2016 shoot.
