Model News – World Swimsuit Magazine Launch

The day has finally arrived, the 2016 World Swimsuit magazine is now on sale! Copies are packaged the SA Rugby magazine’s November edition, and are available exclusively in South Africa.

The World Swimsuit magazine has a long, proud history in the swimwear and modelling industry, and has worked with some its top models such as Candice Swanepoel, Bar Rafaeli, Lee-Ann Liebenberg, Minki VD Westhuizen and Genevieve Morton. Over the years it has travelled to some of the world’s most beautiful exotic destinations – including Zanzibar, the Seychelles, Thailand and the Maldives – with these models for its highly anticipated, exclusive annual shoot. For this year’s edition, the team jetted off to Borneo with 10 gorgeous swimsuit models.

The cover showcases a new edition to the team, but no stranger to the industry, the stunning Jessica Strother. The magazine also features the likes of returning stars Genevieve Morton, Xenia Deli, Jessica Buchanan and Bianca Koyabe. Our new faces include Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Search winner Mia Kang. along with rising stars, Zippora Seven, Kara Del Toro, Tanya Mityushina and our very own Model Search winner Tana Boshoff.

The magazine’s regular features include our Rookie section as well as a tour of the destination, beautiful Borneo, and our home there, Gaya Island Resort. World-renowned photographers Gavin Bond and Jacques Weyers helped us produce the magic with some of the world’s best bikini brands like Seafolly, Beach Bunny and Billabong. Pick up your copy now!
