Meet the Richest Models of 2016
Every year, Forbes releases their “richest lists”. Whether it’s athletes, musicians or actors every profession has their own list and models are no different. Forbes magazine recently released the Richest Models of 2016 list and there are a few familiar faces along with a handful of surprises. Last year’s number one, Gisele Bundchen, successfully defended her title and is again the richest model in 2016. The Brazilian is the undisputed champion when it comes to making bank and has topped the list every year since 2002. Even though she’s retired, she still earns more than double than the next closest model, second-placed Adriana Lima.
This year sees a fresh face on the list in Gigi Hadid, who has established herself as one of the most highly demanded models since launching her career only a few years ago. Kendall Jenner was this year’s biggest climber as she shot up by 13 places to tie for third with Karlie Kloss. Those two along with Gigi and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley round out the top five. 4. Cara Delevingne – $8.5 million
5. Candice Swanepoel and Liu Wen – $7 million

7. Natalia Vodianova and Lara Stone – $5.5 million
8. Doutzen Kroes, Kate Moss and Alessandra Ambrosio – $5 million
9. Joan Smalls – $4.5 million
10. Lily Aldridge, Barbara Palvin, Jasmine Tookes and Taylor Hill – $4 million
