We’re back with our mid-week dose of model news where take a look at what’s happening on the pages of the best magazines or the biggest brand campaigns.
For today’s update we’re specifically interested in the campaign by German sportswear brand, PUMA and their newest endorser, the and only Selena Gomez!
The two team up to show off PUMA’s latest sneaker called the, Phenom Satin En Pointe and takes its inspiration from classic ballerina flats. You can find the 25-year old posing in what looks like a luxury apartment, as she rocks the sneakers and the brand’s range of active-wear. It makes for some great looks across the fashion/athletic bridge which combines the two.
PUMA posted a video of Selena rocking the sneakers on Twitter and captioned it, “Inspired by ballerinas. Worn by Selena. Our En Pointe Collection was made for your every movement. @selenagomez #DoYou,”. Besides her talents in music and acting, Selena holds a formidable social media presence and is currently the most followed person on Instagram so it only made sense for PUMA to sign her up.
Alongside the likes of Cara Delevingne, Rihanna and her ex, The Weeknd, Selena takes the place of brand ambassador and also hopes to release her own line soon.
